Having taken LAMDA Examinations and being a Speech & Drama student from the age of 4, Jenna is passionate about the positive effects that this training can have on a child's confidence and self-esteem.
Jenna studied Drama & Theatre Studies at GSCE and then the LAMDA Grade 8 Gold Medal in Acting during her final year at school. She went on to a History & Spanish language degree at The University of Manchester and graduated in 2003.
After working in a variety of corporate institutions, she decided to revert to the more creative side of her nature and joined an event management organisation based in West London.
Jenna's re-entry into the world of Speech & Drama came about when, her sister requested that she take over the training of her niece for the LAMDA Grade One Exam, as they were unhappy with their current teacher.
While teaching her niece, (who achieved Distinction for her Grade One), Jenna rediscovered her love of drama, teaching and literature and was recommended to the parents of her nieces peers.
In an effort to capture the joy and warm memories of her own teacher, Jenna is very keen to introduce Speech & Drama education and LAMDA to a new generation of students, who she hopes will benefit from this training as much as she did.
Jenna is fully DBS checked (enhanced), and has and HSE approved certificate in First Aid.
